About

How did I get here?

For years, I led communications for a major CPG house of brands, overseeing a portfolio of beloved products in coatings and cleaners. My team was incredibly talented, and the campaigns we launched consistently delivered measurable results, contributing directly to the company's continuous growth through innovation and strategic acquisitions. 


But even in that success, I started noticing something profound. We were always striving to increase our ROI and impact, and time and again, it was our scrappier, more agile tactics that outperformed the big, expensive campaigns. The traditional, high-budget approach wasn't always the most effective, especially when there were smarter, more efficient ways to get breakthrough results.


At the same time, I was feeling the natural ebb and flow of a demanding career. I needed a break, and more importantly, a new kind of challenge. That's when it hit me: What if I took everything I'd learned – all those years of scaling brands and mastering strategic communications – and applied it to help smaller, ambitious companies level the playing field? What if I could empower the ‘Davids’ to genuinely compete with the ‘Goliaths’ in their industries, not by outspending them, but by outsmarting them with attainable, measurable marketing investments? I knew I could build those unique growth strategies by rolling up my sleeves and working directly with leadership and marketing teams, embedding myself in their goals. That’s how my fractional CMO work began and my company was born.


Today, I embed directly with leadership and marketing teams – building sharp, attainable growth strategies that scale with them – and work me out of the job. My clients aren’t chasing trends or writing blank checks to bloated agencies. They’re making every dollar count, backed by an experienced partner who brings clarity, momentum and a fresh set of eyes.


Best of all? They're growing – sustainably, confidently, and at a fraction of the cost of hiring full-time. Together, we build smarter systems. We focus on what matters. And eventually, when they’re ready for a full-time CMO, my job is done.
